Additional manufacturing capacity could be added with the purchase of a plan over a half mile away. However, the new remote site would need high speed access to their Pro:Man ERP system. This Client worked with Pro:Man Group to move their application software to a state-of-the-art WIN2K Server based network. This would allow the addition of an ISDN Router/Switch based phone connection to the second facility. Four major conversion highpoints needed to be addressed:
Pro:Man Group accomplished all of the above with minimal impacts on the production, manufacturing, or accounting processes. Data and Systems were prepared on a Thursday and Friday.
