This service is provided to all business partners on an annual support contract. The goal of the service is to improve cost-effective utilization of Pro:Man software and improve organizational productivity. The service is an email service that alerts business partners to additions to the knowledge base. Because of the expanse of the knowledge base, many partners may never find new additions. This service will provide key people with a brief description of the document added, the area of responsibility in their enterprise, and finally a link directly to the document. The email transmissions are designed to allow the client's key people to review the description and the business process involved.
