PRO:MAN Group is pleased to announce two new opportunities. Both of these are directly a result of suggestions from the user community. These opportunities are designed to provide additional information concerning your PRO:MAN software, it's use, it's functionality, and it's value.

First, Pro:Man Group has made its knowledge base public information. This knowledge base is made available over the Internet in a controlled and secure environment. This site contains thousands of documents that are directly related to Pro:Man installations, processes, fastkeys, and covers a variety of topics. You can use this site to learn new processes or enhance your knowledge about processes that you already use. Use this to increase the benefits Pro:Man can offer your enterprise.

Second, a clipper service is offered. This service is directly used with the knowledge base. The knowledge base is an expansive harbor of information. The knowledge base is updated nearly every day. This constantly changing environment makes staying current very difficult. We have started this service to alert users of new documents or changes. The users will receive Internet email that will include a description and a link directly to the document. The information in the email message is designed to allow the recipient to determine where this is applicable to your enterprise. If so, they can forward the email to the appropriate teams. The link makes it very easy to simply click and view the document.
